Decks and Stairs

There’s many different brands of decking, rail systems, and stains/finishes. It can be pretty confusing, but we take pride in bringing clarity to these complicated materials.

The main components of the deck are the framing, decking, railing, fascia, and sometimes stairs. We primarily use tight knot cedar and composite decking.

There is no denying the beauty of natural wood, but with outdoor wood comes maintenance. Because of this, we offer cleaning and brightening services, as well as staining. Composite decking is another material we enjoy working with, as every piece is trusted to be uniform and flawless and the final results are sleek and modern. There is also little maintenance, and you can trust your decking will last.

Railings can be made from custom cedar or treated lumber, or assembled from a kit such as an aluminum system or tensioned cable.
